Due to the extremely high volume of applications received immediately after opening, our Repeat Participation Waiting List for the IEC 2026 Season is now closed.

We will keep all submitted records on file, and if circumstances change and we are able to assist during IEC 2026, we will reach out directly. We sincerely appreciate your interest and understanding, and we are truly sorry that we cannot assist every applicant this season.

Due to the high volume of applications and emails we receive regarding the RO IEC program, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries. If your application is successful, our team will be in touch with you in the coming months and during the IEC 2026 season. Please note that the number of applicants is significantly higher than the spots available, so even if you join our waiting list, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you.
