Participation Flexibility

The program allows UK citizens to participate twice, providing the opportunity for an extended stay and further exploration of Canada’s diverse landscapes and career opportunities, with the option to apply for a second working holiday permit.

Work Permit Options

Choose from three distinct work permit categories tailored to your goals and aspirations:

Working Holiday: Enjoy the freedom of an open work permit, enabling employment with any Canadian employer anywhere in Canada. This category is ideal for those seeking diverse work experiences across various industries and regions.

Young Professional: Advance your career with a job offer that contributes to your professional growth. This category requires a prearranged employment commitment, allowing you to focus on building your skills and expertise in a specific field.

International Co-Op (Internship): Students can gain hands-on experience related to their field of study through internships or job placements in Canada. This option is only available for registered students back home in the UK who must complete an internship experience as part of their studies.
